The special operations command should invest in these vehicles. They drive on land and water.

How do you know if they don't already use them? They might be already using them but that information might be classified haha

I don't know if it's because my experience are just with sports boats, but I'm impressed! Wow. I don't like the look of the Hummer, but it's similar and looks great with these vehicles. The max speed is 40mph on the water, is that enough for the Navy?

40mph would be more than enough for riverine ops.
This actually looks like it should be in my backyard! What a nice huntin' rig it would be. Right from deer huntin' straight to duck huntin'!

The 'Humdinga' might be of some use, but I don't think that the jetski-thingie will work out. No room for equipment, first of all. Also, the track width looks to be too great, and it has a serious lack of ground clearance. It would be sure to get hung up in short order. An interesting concept, but not much good as an ATV beyond the beach, and it would have to be a calm, smooth beach at that.
Good ideas, though. Thanks for the link(s).

Sea, you know alot about boats, how much do you think the humdinga will cost as a recreational vehicle?

A LOT more money than its worth, I'm sure. Particularly if the military buys some--------think the Hummer is really worth what the asking price is?

Was that a rhetorical question? :D . . . but just in case it was not, my answer is no.

Thanks for the link B_D. Only problem is...I want one now but I'd have to move closer to the water!

Nice. I want one for Christmas! :D
It sure eliminates all the hassle of hauling a jet ski around!
