I was wondering if there are any overuse injuries for swimming. If there are, what signs should I look out for so I do not push myself overboard?

Shoulder, rotator cuff, knee, elbow (tedonitis). It depends what stroke you're doing, how much you're doing, how good your technique is, and muscle balance (you need to balance your training).
Here is some info from USA Swimming about injury prevention:

About avoiding them...make sure you listen to your body. In endurance sports like swimming and running, your body is the best communicator on how it is feeling. So, listen to it.

i listen to my body, but i swim 7 days a week for an hour every day, and i've been doing that for the past 5 months, and i feel great. i also work out after every swim. just got back as a matter of fact, and I feel great. I've been starting two a days with swims as well. maybe depends on the person

Well I used to do competitive swimming, and it is going to take a lot more to develop some injury. I have a lot of friends who have had shoulder problems and the were doing twice a day workouts 2 hours each workout, and it was HARD workouts. There was a myth that I have never heard any actualy doctor or scientist prove, but heard it so much I think it is partially true, that says in swimming you put more stress on your shoulders than a major leauge pitcher. With that much working out it will eventually get you. It is good that you are feeling good and listening to your body. Keep it up then.
