It seems that half the time when I'm working out that it's not that I'm tired or that my muscles cannot operate anymore it's that im just sweating bullets and getting so ****ing hot that I have to visit a fan for a couple of seconds. And this is at a crossfit facility so there is no AC at all but still...I don't think I should be overheating so easily and quickly. Any advice or perhaps some tips? or nutritional info anyone could help me on? Maybe i'm eating something? I mean I eat pretty damn healthy at least eating 3 or 4 pieces of fruit and drinking a can of v8 in the morning and usually one at night.

well if the air around you is hot/humid and you're doing crossfit, you're gonna be pretty damn hot as well. I feel your pain about no AC because I have to deal with it too. I can't wait to get in front of the fan. Just make sure you drink a TON of water, the colder the better.

borus, use your brain-- if they don't supply water, and overheating is a concern for you, bring your own.

watch your salt intake.

Also, the way youre breathing could cause you to over heat as well. Breathing techniques improve over time.. took me a while to get a hold of my breathing. If your breathing is shallow, its going to make things worse. Try to catch that deep breath (occasionally) while running.. it will help prolong your run and will help with the overheating issue....... make sure you drink plenty of water at least 30 min prior to your run. Im sure, over time, your body will adapt. It took me about 6 months to really get decent at running...and some days, Im still off.

yeah drinking a ton of water will help, even if it's warm water. Cold water just lowers your core temperature in a short amount of time, for a short amount of time. say you drink 1 bottle of ice cold water during a workout. you'll probably still overheat. but if you drink a gallon of warm water spread out throughout the day, you'll stay cool. the important thing is not to hydrate, but to STAY hydrated.
