In need of tips for learning the CSS and breast stroke

I really want to start swimming and i think learning these two strokes would be helpful and i really only know how to free dive with fins and a mask and iam going to try and get PADI or NAUI dive certificaton, im open to any techniques or explanations on how to do one of the above strokes:confused:

watch these videos. memorize the stroke. go practice it. come back. watch the videos again. memorize the stroke. watch each video at least 20 times. it will take a few trips to the pool to get the CSS right. but you'll find your rhythm eventually.
