23:31, no flippers done exactly how rxed. The first set of pullups took 2 sets to reach 25, the rest took 3 sets to complete. I was running about 20yards back and forth from the pullup bar at the park to the pool in my community.

For me to get this done I'd have to dry off everytime and get out of the pool to run down the hall to the Pull-up Bars. Should I do this? or Should I just row the 100m on the Erg. What do you think would be more beneficial?

I'm in the same boat when it comes to these pool workouts. I can do exercises/movements that don't require too much external equipment (pushups, abs, burpees, etc.) but run into trouble when I have to involve outside equipment (pullups, KB/DB swings, etc.). Unfortunately, I can't drag equipment out to the pool deck and running back and forth from the pool to the adjacent gym is problematic. I'd say....sub either the rows or maybe sub burpees instead of KB swings. Oh yeah....and stay away from the female middies!!

I did a 270m (or approx. 1 min) row instead of 100m because rowing 100m is a joke and literally takes me about 20 secs. I also added a set of 25 four count flutters to each round.

Time: 30 mins flat

I hope this site gets as big as the "Official" Crossfit site. I did yesteday's workout today and posted on the Monday 10/1.

did the workout at home with no pool or rower so subbed KBHP's. Completely destroyed my forearms...and I loved every minute of it.

As Rx'd with Rower and 53lb kettlebell.

Had to share the kettlebell and rower with my partner so we kinda "paced" it.

Great workout, totally trashed my grip and made postworkout deadlifts nearly impossible!
