TGIF = Time for another Beat Down.
Dead hang pull ups today, no kipping.
If you don't have access to a pool, run a mile instead.
Post your pull ups numbers.

**** I didn't read carefully.
I ended up doing as many pull-ups until I could no longer do them consecutively. I didn't see you could break them up ****. Also, I rowed a thousand meters instead of running the extra mile for the swim sub.
Ended up looking like this
Rd.1: 8 pull-ups
Run 1 mile
Rd.2: 7 pull-ups
Row 1000 meters
Rd.3: 8 pull-ups
Run 1 mile
I'll be redoing the workout later.

I hate pull-ups with a passion....mostly because I suck at them
As rxed:
6 Rounds
1 Mile Run (probably like 7 mins...dunno)
5.5 Rounds
1 Mile Run (7:30 I think)
5 Rounds
500yd Swim (About 11 mins swimming breaststroke)

8 first round/8 second round/ 7 third round
ran mile after each at 8mph/7.5 mph/7mph then tried doing as many pushups i could in one set and got 80 then sit-ups with 5lb weight and got 50

run: 6:08
3rd round: 7
500 yard swim: 9:47
