Oh yeah baby feelin' good today!!....I stayed up for the past 40 hours straight playing Halo 3 and writing a biology paper, and for some reason it was good day, lol.

i think im gonna do yesterdays wod in a couple hours since i missed it yesterday along with everything else i was supposed to do because i was playing halo

Ran 4 miles at an 8 min/mile pace for PT this morning

i just ran it this morning. our whole company did. i ran it in 17:21 and had the second fastest time. first was senior chief blevins at 16:30. i also did 26 pullups 109 crunches in 2 min. 81 push ups in 2 min. and treaded water for 2 hours with no life jacket and wasent allowed to touch the bottom. i know what you guys are thinking... hes full of shyt or im being conseeded. well i have video of the run the pull ups sit ups and pull ups if anyone wants to see the proof!! us SAR guys have to stay in shape!!! we must be at our physical peak just like SEALs.if were not were dead. try swimming into the current pulling a a guy that ways 100 pounds more than you do into the current during a typhoon. i did it last year. do to the wind and height of the waves the bird was about 100 meters out too. so i had to swim with him to the bird and get him in the basket. he was to weak to do anythiing him self. this was during aboating accident last year off the coast of hawaii. 2 trama victims and one DOA about 25 miles off shore.
