quick question, it says to do 5 cleans and 10 squats with each weight. just to clerify: I do the 5 cleans with 65lbs and after the fifth one i start the 10 fronts squats and then move down the line on the different weights? Or do i do 5 cleans with 65lbs, then 5 with 95... until i finish all the different weights. then move on to the squats? Sorry if i sound retarded lol, my understanding is to do it the first way but just want to be sure. thanx

how come my right wrist always hurts the day/s after I do cleans? More specifically, it only hurts when I twist my wrist to do something, like wash my back in the shower.

About 15 minutes after my straight bar bent I tried to fix it and stopped timing. I messed up a couple weights too ended up looking like

65/95/125/135/115/95/70

The reason your guys wrists hurt could be either bad form or the wrists are just not use to the weight. Before, during, after, and when ever you get the chance put your palm of your hand on the wall with you fingers pointed toward the ground (one hand at a time) then push into the wall. The higher your hand on the wall the better the stretch. Also when you are doing the exercise with proper form (triceps parallel with the ground) you should be able to roll the bar on to your shoulders (upper chest) taking the weight off the fingers reducing the strain on the wrist. Takes a little bit for the wrists to get use to it.
