Power Lung Increase Breath Hold??

I was wondering if purchasing the powerlung would increase my breath hold? And if anyone has used one have you seen any results with it? Let me know! THANKS!

I have this product. I used to use it a lot when I was into cycling and running also. I think it worked very well.

Question out there to someone that owns one. I can not exhale in 3 seconds on the lowest setting so I get out what I can and exhale the rest through my nose so I dont get too dizzy. Is this ok?- addressed more to an experienced user or company rep if they browse here

I'm torn between the Expand a Lung and Power Lung. Although they have a price difference of over $50, I rather pay for something that is going to last and most importantly that is going to work. Any suggestions/feedbacks/reviews? Thank you all.

I use the Power Lung. I have written many posts on this subject, simply said I like it a lot and think it works great. Not sure what you mean about longevity concerns. I cannot see any reason why the device would not last.
