It's the end of the week, and you know what that means...

Rord question out of the demo for the sdhp which one is the one we should be doing the first one or the second one?

Start with barbell on floor. Raise all the way to the chin (elbows lead the way). Make sure you have a nice straight back and a high chest at all times.
Clear as mud?

Thanks rord I kinda figured that but when you watch the demo the first one I guess is just the sumo deadlift.
20 minutes: 9 rounds
1.5 mile 11:20 I live on a big hill.
10 minutes 4 rounds

Phew that was brutal. I idiotically up'd the weight on the sdhp's cause i finally got my bumper plates in last week and just love using them... not so much any more! Box jump was at 24. Everything else as Rx'd.
In 20 minutes i did a lousy 6 rounds
Ran the 1.5 mile in 9:36 so i think it may be a "few" meters short...
In the 10 minutes i did 3 rounds

Peter_E it's alright. I did a lousy 6 rounds also in 20 minutes. Followed up with a 10:35 1.5 mile and then 3 rounds in 10 minutes. It definitely beat me down.

Well...Friday beatdown on a Wednesday...
As many rounds in 20 min: 5 rounds + 10 SDHP
1.5 mile run: 11:29 (a bit slower than usual...I wonder why?)
As many rounds in 10 min: 3 rounds
I can't tell you how humbling a workout like this is. You think that you are somewhat in shape...even CF shape and then you pull something like this out. I was burned by the 3rd round of the first set! Looking forward to the next beatdown!
