Run and Swim are preferred, but sub row if you do not have access to pool. If you are swimming without fins, cut distance in half to 250 meters.

Push yourself to your limit on the runs and rows or swims. This is not an Long Slow Distance (LSD) day.

Post your over all time and the time for each of the 4 rounds.

Rest the full 5 minutes before starting the next round.

Damn I already swam today. Maybe i can do it when i go back and workout with my SEAL Mentor.

no pools around and i hate rowing so i did run and boxing...took 1:07 ran the miles at 7mph and the 400 meters at 11 mph

Ran both miles at 7.5 mph on treadmill

1st Round: 400m run @ 11 mph on treadmill
1000m row - 3:43
2nd Round: 400m run @ 11.3 mph on treadmill
1000m row - 3:45
3rd Round: 400m run @ 11.6 mph on treadmill
1000m row - 3:40
4th Round: 400m run @ 12 mph on treadmill

good stuff DML. i think i might try this one tomorrow. I'm always a day behind because I need to exercise at 8am before class at 11. The WODs don't get posted til 9 or 10 so I have to do the WOD from the previous day. Anyways, nice times.
