Hey, got a quick question. For the four count flutter kicks....I'm not really sure how exactly they're performed. I read that you lay down, place hands underneath the butt, lock the legs, and continually kick one foot up about 6 inches from the ground and keep both legs elevated at all times. Every time you alternate legs it's a "count" correct? Let me know if I have something confused...I was a little skeptical about the vertical distance of the legs...6 inches doesn't seem very high.

You raise the legs from about 6 inches to about 36 inches. Also if you keep your torso slightly elevated you'll work your abs and chest a lot more.

For the count, you count on every fourth lift.
So it goes: 1,2,3,ONE ; 1,2,3,TWO, 1,2,3, THREE; etc.
Although when I do them, I do 2-counts because it's easier for me to keep track of them. Same thing, I just cut my total number in half to be accurate.
