Post your numbers for the last three rounds.
Example:
Round 4 - 29 / 32 / 23 / 23 / 24 = 131
Round 5 - 34 / 35 / 22 / 24 / 27 = 142

i accidently timed it instead of counting reps...even though every1s time wud be same....i didnt get high reps towards the end though

yeah this one beat me down. I don't think I got higher than 20 reps on any of the exercises.

Me neither. This WOD was killer I'm glad I'm not the only one when rord posted the examples and then i finished it I was wondering if thats what i should've been getting. Great shoulder workout though.
I didn't do the deadlifts because i only have 190 pounds in plates.
Round 4: 18-17-13-19=67
Round 5: 12-16-14-20=62

Changed weight for KBS and switched to single D.B. deadlift.
OH Press 65lbs
KBS 53lbs
Dumbell Deadlift 70lbs
DB Thrusters 25lbs
OHS 45lbs
4th Round 15-19-24-18-18
5th Round 17-18-24-18-20

Hey fellas i have been reading all the WOD for about a month now but yesterday was the first time i ever did one. I decided to do this one to test my endurance and i must say it beat me and my friend down. Shoulders were on fire by the beginning of the second round! I was wearing a heart monitor and it hit up to 185 several times!! It mostly stayed at around 160-170!! Looking forward to continueing with the WODs!!!
