Posting a Sub for GHD situps (since I can't make it to Crossfit today) and since not every gym has a GHD:
"Just like for the back extensions, there are lots of ways to creatively do GHR situps - lying over swiss ball with feet hooked under bench or bar (finally! a use for that Smith machine) is a common one. You can lie crosswise across a bench, with your feet hooked, as well."

37:12 w/ 185lb DL. More emphasis on proper form for DL's and dead hang pullups. Plus a few minutes waiting for the GHD - GloboGym. A positive note, I almost got my first muscle-up... sooo close!
