24:41 instead of 50 kippin pullups i did 10 dead hangs 100 crunches and 100 crossovers

26:42 -- My arms died quickly into the first 50 pull ups and I knew it wasn't going to be pretty.
As a side note, I would like to say that while I enjoy this high intensity "Hero's Week"... there is a mix of emotions that goes along with it. My heart goes out to the family and friends of our fallen warriors.
