I've been going back and forth between the Crossfit mainpage and the Navy SEALS Crossfit WOD trying to figure out which one is more intense. I've noticed that the Crossfit mainpage has two rest days where as the SEALS WOD only has one. It seems like the Crossfit mainpage has more sprints worked inthough. I was wondering which one do you guys consider to be the more challenging one because that is what I'd like to stick to.

If you are that worried do both.

haha good advice. comparing the crossfit.com WOD with the navyseals.com WOD is like comparing delta with devgru. they're equally the best and they'll both **** you up. hope i didn't violate OPSEC by typing those.

I usually do the WOD on crossfit, simply because I have limited time to workout during the day. The one on here is usually takes a little longer, since it will have some longer runs, swims, etc. That's because a lot of the guys on this site are prepping for BUD/S (I am not). That's not to say it's any harder or easier than the crossfit site. As klingman said, they will both mess you up!!!

Technically, a CrossFit workout is a workout filled with "functional movements, executed at high intensity with variance." Either one of these you do will make you an incredible athlete. Both WOD's are Crossfit workouts and neither one is "more intense." Just get them done.
