don't have g/h developer in my gym, so substituted 45# bumper plate sit-ups and regular back extentions.
Also did the regular WOD on the main page this morning

Funny that the GHD is one of the forgotten gems of the gym. Definitely got the weird looks today!

Sorry Sammy, just did it in 20:13 (3 rounds of 50 pullups, 21 x 185# deads), and while you probably are in better shape than me, I don't think 8:33 is humanly possible. I was a little over 6 minutes at the end of my first round!!!!!
