Hi guys
I have been looking at the regular site but have recently converted to this site as the workouts contain more cardio.
The crossfit workouts tend to operate a '3 days on, 1 day rest' pattern.
What pattern do these follow?

6 days on 1 day off. the only easy day was yesterday.

Thank you very much... is there a desired pattern with regards to what is put into the six days i.e. one long run, one heavy weights session, two metaboic conditioning etc etc
I hope this makes sense.... apologies if it doesn't

richard, i don't really think there is a pattern. that's pretty much the whole point of crossfit, to beat the hell out of your body while not allowing it to adapt to the program. therefore you will always see improvements. But seeing how the WODs are BUD/S oriented there are long runs on some days and other days might be 400 meter sprints incorporated with PT. some days you do heavy weight, other days you do bodyweight PT. it's completely unpredictable but rest assured it incorporates everything you need to achieve peak fitness.
