Back Squat: 225x5. 245x5, 275x4, 275x3, 275x3 (I managed to get 5 reps on each set but I didn't go down far enough on some of my reps)

OHP: 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 145x3, 135x5

Deadlift: 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, STOPPED (some stupid bi**ch told me I couldn't do deadlifts because they were considered "power lifting")...god that made me mad for so many reasons...

first post on the forum, tried the workout of the day but i did OHS instead of back squats:

OHS:85X5, 115X5, 135X5, 135X5, 135X5
DEADLIFT:225X5, 245X5, 255X5, 265X5, 270X5
OHP:135X5, 135X5, 135X4, 135X4, 135X5*

*took a little longer rest on the last set

not bad
