View Full Version : Monday 9/3 WOD "Trail Run"
Nice long run today. Drive to a good trail if you can. The uneven surface and need to constantly adjust your run due to the terrain is great for developing agility and coordination, as well as a good break from the boredom of running on the road.
Run at least 6 miles. Post your time.

Rord, quick question for you. First off, I as well as everyone else on this forum is really appreciative of what you are doing. However, I'm in the central time zone and with school and a part time job I have to work out in the mornings and sometimes the WOD isn't up by the time I have to get started. Would you mind posting them the night before if at all possible? If not, I won't complain, I understand you're probably a busy man, but if you could that would be extremely helpful to me and several others here I'm sure. THX!

Ran Down East Cycle's Brig Trail aboard Camp Lejeune, 6.5 - 7 miles in 53:42.

Seneca Creek trail - about 8.9mi... lots of hills! 1hr, 31 min.

No trail, just strait 6 on pavement...had a killer workout yesterday with my bro, I mean killer. 57:23:55

Yeah, that's probably what's going to end up happening. Today is probably a good day for me to wait anyway because I did a bunch of OHS yesterday.

3x 135# Squat Clean/3x 20" Box Jumps (10 rounds)
Then,
12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 of:
-70# KB swings
-Ring Dips
-35# two handed KB snatch
-Push ups
I live in Texas. After I was done, I felt like I had jumped in the pool I was so soaked.
