Hello everyone , its been a while since i posted on these forums and it seems a lot of stuff has changed.
I had a lot going on in the past few months and i got to a point where im real confused: Soccer season has started and ive been busy with that and work lately and realized i dont have much time to workout anymore *lifting weights*. My current weight is 156 pounds , height is 5 8 - 5 9 and my bodyfat is somewhere at about 8%. As you might now right after soccer season , wrestling starts and this year i was planning on wrestling at 152 pounds. Now, my problem is that i need to be strong before wrestling season starts but i dont know if i should reintroduce weight lifting in my daily routine while having so much going on.. my schedule would look like this :
0600 - wake up
0700 till 1400 - school
1400 till 1700 - soccer - which can get pretty intense at times
1700 till 2130-work
2200 till2300- 2330 - lifting
2330 till whenever - doing stuff for school
* i also have to gain a little bit more weight during this so i can cut right before wrestling season and reach 152 with a real low body fat percentage..
Would that be too much ?
thank you

You're still a teenager so for you there's really no such thing as doing too much. Do you not already do lifting for soccer? If not, I suppose you could implement some type of strength regimen to supplement the soccer. Make sure to concentrate on compound movements though (i.e. squats, cleans, deadlift) and LESS on the isolation movements (i.e. curls, calf raises). The crossfit workouts here are pretty good for the most part as far as incorporating strength with endurance exercises. Do be sure to take at least one recovery day per week though. Hope that helped.

yes it did , thank you ... No lifting for soccer during the season and as for my lifting routine pretty much all i do is bench incline/decline bench squat deadlift clean shoulder press kettlebells pulldowns and seated row. Its pretty hard to work out my legs during soccer seasson when i have to run the next day tho...
