ok if the sets are 21/15/9 and you are doiing thrusts, and pullups does that mean you are suppose to do 21 pullups? call me a retard but you are supposed to do th 21/15/9 three times so....are you allowed to break up the 21 into smaller sets? Do you stop once you have muscle failure or complete every single one no matter hell or high water?

yeah, 21 thrusters, 21 pull ups, 15 thrusts, 15 pull ups, etc.
Do it just like that, as fast as you can. If you have fail, just shake it out, and get back into it. But the format is 21, 15, 9 of each, back to back, as is. BTW. You from McKinney? I'm at SMU, in Dallas.

borus, 21 pullups is correct. Don't do them dead hang though, do kipping pullups. I know 21 might seem like a lot, 4 weeks ago when these crossfit programs started i didn't even know what a kipping pullup was. furthermore, they were harder for me than dead-hang pullups, which should not be the case at all. So 4 weeks later and here I am, I did the crossfit workout today and I did 21/15/9 pullups in a row. So you'll get there faster than you think.
