(OHS / Run / Star Jumps / Run) x 5
Push the limits. Do the OHS and star jumps correctly and run fast (really fast).

Are star jumps the same as jumping jacks or are they where you start crouched down, jump up and spread your legs and arms and land back into the crouched position?

God who comes up with these? You guys must sit around and say, "well, that looks hard, hell yeah, but let's add an extra run, ooo, and star jumps. Yeah, those'll do."
I love you for it though.

kylereese, yeah you start sort of crouched down and then spring up into a jumping jack and then land back in the crouch. this might help.

I was gonna do ten rounds of:
100m sprints
hspu (probably 4-6)
& a few muscle up attempts, but this looks way cooler and ill be @ the track anyways...
Im gonna bring weight, and a broom stick. maybe try and start at 95lb...

alright i did it and it kicked my ***. it took me over 45 minutes but in my defense the gym doesn't have any air conditioning so it was about 85 degrees indoors and humid as hell. I'm from Wisconsin, i prefer to exercise in the freezing cold over the blistering heat.

It took me about 1hr-11mins. The running after the star jumps was a kicker, rubber legs. Great workout...I need to work on my run speed.

#34:24, with a shower curtain pole for a bar. At first I was regretting not using a barbell... towards the end I was just hoping not to pass out. Great work out, I never would have come up with on my own.

42:48, 45# bar.
I did it outside, 103 degree heat, Texas.
Knees in pain. I jumped in the pool with all my clothes on afterwards.

used 45lb bar, broke some rounds into 2 sets
did sprints on treadmill
did 30 burpees instead of star jumps each round
got 50:26
first 3 rounds were good; got cramps and almost puked on last two

After thinking about this all day, i realized what an idiot i was for even thinking about putting weight on the bar for the overhead squats...
finally at the end of the day (which was good because i live in phoenix az and its real hot during the day) my time was 42:63 with an oly bar.
this was my first encounter with star jumps and to say the least i probably looked more like a scarecrow then a star but good times
