heya

I'm 16 years old, My question is: Can I follow the "Workout of the day"(CrossFit)? I do run alot and I started some months ago with push ups, sit ups.

Sorry for my dumb question...

I'd say so. You're old enough and your body has matured enough to do these workouts, imo.
