I did 4 years in the Marines and we had this test where you swam down to the end of the pool and turned around and let the person you were trying to save choke you and take you underwater. You then used pressure points to get out of the grasp. After that, you would swim up and wait for the drownee to pretend like they were passed out and then you would tow them to a certain point. We had to do this 3 different ways. Is that anything similar to what SEALs have to do. Any replies would be appreciated.
