If you're wondering what a front squat is, go to the exercise demo link on the Workout of the Day page.

Practice good form on all lifts, especially the first 5 where the weight will be light enough to ensure that your technique isn't comprimised.

Post your comments and loads.

5x5 Light Load: bar, 65, 85, 115, 135
3x5 Heavy Load: 155, 185, 190

5 is hard. It's at the point where you think you might add weight, but realize you have 5, not 3 or 1. Today is my first day of class, so I was anxious already, though I haven't figured out if that helped or hurt my lifts.

I like front squats better than back squats, so I was happy to do this one.
