DL / Ring Dip Ladder.

How many rungs did you climb in your five attempts?

Remember that a single ring dip = 2 regular dips.

Deadlift 135lbs 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12/13/14
Dips 2/4/6/8/10/12/14/16/18/20/22/24/26/28

so do you start out with 1 rep on the dead and then 2 on the dips? then go straight to 2 reps on dead and 4 reps on dip and so on?

Yep.

Also, when you fall off the ladder (due to failure on deads or dips), you start back at the bottom.

Only got 5 deadlifts and 10 bar dips

Only got two rounds in before I had to leave for a lacrosse game. First round I got to 15 DLs and RDs. Second round, got to 14 for both before I had to leave.

Finished with an easy 2 mile jog.

I thought this would never end. And, I also learned that I can go longer on the dips when I go full range and slower, versus quick and less range of motion (pumping it out...)

And then I had triathlon club practice after this. And then I went wakeboarding with my brothers (which was me going until 4 falls, and then calling it a day).

Highest Rung was 15. Were you supposed to do 5 seperate Ladders? Also were you supposed to go through this rapid fire? I went at a slow pace and it took a long time to get 5 ladders in, so It was unclear to me.
