ok first off this pretty much kicked my *** lol. I was basically just getting used to the motions so I didn't break anything down into sets yet. Warmed up with couple of towel pullups. Then started my murphy. first mile was about 7:30 and basically did the 100 200 and 300 as I felt my body was ready and just pumped out as many as i could. I know your suppose to break them into sets but I was just seeing how I would do I finished everything (except run and pullups) in about 38 or 39. at that point I still had plenty of pullups to go (I had 35 pullups at 38 or 39 minutes) But I kept going doing a pullup every single time I could even if it was one until I got to 100. oh yea this took another 30 minutes lol but I got through it and while waiting for my arms to be ready I would pump out some situps. Does this sound like a good start? Will this be easier next time lmao
