I am 18 years old and interested in the SEALs. I am looking for good lifting workouts to do about 3-4 times a week. I have done some cross fit programs and they are awesome. I want a regular program and then be able to change it up with cross fit every now and then.

Also, I am going to be a freshman in college next year. I was wondering if anyone knew what the Navy offers toward school and how many years you must give in the service.

Well it all depends on what equipment you have available. If you have enough for Crossfit then you atleast have olympic weight set somewhere you can get to, but it would help to know what you have available. Like a health club or your home set. What do you have in it?i.e. kettlebells, pullup bar. Hopefully you will get back and people will be able to help you out a bit more.

there are different programs that you can do re: the Navy and school. usually, if the military pays for your undergrad, you owe one year for every year of school www.navy.mil (http://www.navy.mil) grad skewl is 2 years for every year of schooling.
