Does anyone have the "Strength Builder Push-Up System"? If so has it improved your pushup numbers and strength? What does everyone think about this product?

I love it. I started only a month ago but have noticed solid strength gains as a result. Doing regular pushups is much easier after using this.

Along these lines....
Does anyone know of a bench, or bar, or any device that will hold my feet down while I do sit ups? I just have WAY too much upper body mass to not have them pinned down.

The gym I workout at has some pretty knowledgable trainers. I used to hold my feet down for sit ups and a guy who works at US Olympic facility in San Diego came up to me and told me that it is a bad idea to do that because it puts great stress on solus {spelling} muscle that runs from groin area down legs. He was very convincing and I stopped doing that. I am not sure if he was correct but it sure sounded good to me. I have known others that develped problems with solus and they are tough to heal.
Again this is just hearsay ..... perhaps DD can chime in on this topic

BigV, at the Y I go to, there's a military press bench. Support bars on both sides are about 4-5 inches off the ground. Perfect for hooking your feet under and doing sit-ups. Not sure if you've got that where you go. At home I use my couch.
