Alright fellas my shoulders were burnin in that last round real bad.
Box Jumps 16
Pushups 25
Thrusters with a bag of cement 15 (shoulders were absolutely on fire)
KTE- 8 good ones. A bunch of half reps.
TOTAL= 64
Good workout Shoulders were trashed and my lungs were burnin.

I was most definitely sweating more than anyone else in the gym!

Thrusters (85lbs barbell): 12
KTE: 14
Total = 106
