burpee-
From a standing position drop down into the pushup position and do one pushup.
Thrust your feet back into the squatting position and jump up as high as you can with arms overhead.

burpee-

Gotcha! Ive always heard them called 8 count bodybuilders, but now i know.

*edit* sorry read to fast and assumed the rest of it after i read the first part of the exercis like the 8-counts, I stand corrected.

Not exactly sure how this stacks up.

Ocean swim - 10 lengths CSS between jetty flags (~100-150yds)
PT in surf zone - subbing divebombers for pullups
Ocean Swim - same distance

Total time 1hr 15 min

One Word...Ouch. Been doing old school pt for a while, and I guess this answers my question as to if Crossfit was enough or not,, With authority. Don't know my time, after the second run I was so focused on not puking that I forgot to stop the watch until after I cooled down and had a snack. Well over an hour though, more likely and Hour and a half. The pullups really slowed me down, I was at small sets of 2-3 just to finish 50.

Nice workout

Actually, the correct maritime term is groyne. Basically they are sea walls built to slow beach erosion.

1:16:30, had to take Friday off, so did Friday's WOD today(Saturday night).
