Performed WOD as Rx'd. For form, not time.

Also worked on form with prescribed weight. Subbed 3 bar dips for every ring dip.

as Rx'd 4:52. The deadlifts were slightly difficult due to sore lats and forearms from yesterday. Going camping for the weekend so catch you all next week.
