Sorry for so many questions. I'm new to crossfit and trying to get it figured out. On the crossfit webpage, on the workout of the day, what does it mean when it is posted like this: back squats 3-3-3-3-3-3-3? Is that heavy squats, 7 sets of three???

Yes, 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 means seven sets of 3 heavy reps. 1-1-1 would be 3 sets of single max reps.
