i spraind my ankle and was wondering if anyone has any tips for healing/training (like if i shouldn't train at all until it feels completely healed) I got a sprained ankle probably a couple months ago but got in a little tiff with a friend and kind of aggrivated it. So should I just take it easy and not do any running? or what? I would imagine that is what i should do that is kind of like a duh question. But my main question is how long will it take to heal (about how long will i be good for running) and does anyone have any suggestions on making it heal faster or any excersizes to make it stronger so it won't sprain so easily. Because i am worried i would get to buds and my ankle fks up and I have to be miserable for the entire time pressing on with a pained ankle. Thanks!
