left knee

bought my wife a new car clutch, knee started hurting i think from driving that clutch. doc says im too young to have knee problems im an AO i lift heavy stuff all the time. anyway the pain feels kinda like alot of preasure when i start running lessens but doenst go away. and the most pain is in the outside right behind trhe kneecap any ideas i can push through it but i dont want to injure it more. and the doc says nothigns wrong.

ran today no problems no pain no preasure nothing maybe it physcological? right before i started streatching it started hurting but not bad and only for a minute or two then no problems at all on my run

Sounds like a classic case of clutch knee. Kinda like tennis elbow, but with the knee, and a clutch.
