When I was 11 I was wrongfully prescribed ritalin, a drug for A.D.D. patients. I was taken off the medication when I was 13.
On the paperwork I had to fill out for the Navy it asks if I have used ritalin from the age of 12 or older. So now I'm included in that group, even though it was several years since I've used it.
Will I still be able to get into BUD/S and still be eligible for Navy SEAL? I have no attention problems; as aforementioned, I was wrongfully diagnosed with A.D.D. and was prescribed the medication.
Will this affect my military career in any way? Can I still be a SEAL?
Thanks.
