Alright all you swimmer types, I need some help. I've decided to start doing some triathlons this summer. My running and biking is not a problem. Until recently I haven't had access to an indoor pool. Now I do. I'm in fairly good cardiovascular shape, but I've swam in the past and know it's a whole different kind of conditioning from running. Somebody help me out with a beginning swim workout. Just something to get me started. The first triathlon I've entered is a sprint and the swim is only 400 yards, so surely I can dog paddle it if I have to, but I want to do well. (What's ironic about this post is that my brother is a college swim coach, so I could get something from him, but he's out of town for the next couple of weeks, and I'm going to get started this weekend.)
I appreciate it gents!

no, you just responded to something so old, that in this particular case, it's no longer relevant. mtgman has already competed in at least one triathlon.

no, you just responded to something so old, that in this particular case, it's no longer relevant. mtgman has already competed in at least one triathlon.Since you both have old dates, and this is a brand new forum therefore, you are both, hackers! And I have proof!Either, your
copying and pasting or allowed to use,old data! Data is not info. Therefore, it's a science/math problem.

No your just stupid and are looking at the date of when they joined this site. Instead of looking in the upper left corner where it shows the date and time it was posted.
