Please tell me that in the PST and throughout EOD training that chics do pull-ups and not that flexed-arm hang sh*t. I know at USNA they make you do flexed-arm hang (I volunteered to do pull-ups they said no), but I didn't know for sure about EOD.
So Pull ups or flexed-arm hang for girls??

The one girl who works out with me and the other NSW candidates (she is also going EOD) has to do the pull ups for the PST just like the rest of us. The guy who does our PST is an ex-seal but I have not been to boot so I’m not 100% on this.

you will definitly be expected to do the exact same thing that everyone else has to do. gender has no bearing on anything with the exceptions of where you sleep and where you shower. so pullups.
