hello , well i was wondering what should i do like i dont know if my weight is good or i shud gain more weight and what should ie at eat to stay in shape and get all teh calories i need .

well usualy i Train 4 to 3 times a week 2 hours each time i train . (but from the start of this xmas vacation im plaing on traing everyday) now it's bcz of school and exams .. so it take lot of my time .

hmm i do push ups before starting my training it's like warm up .

i train my upper body alot more then my legs and i m planining on changing .

in my training i do 75 pushups thats (without any break all in one shot) and after i do 8 or 7series of bench press .

after that i do biceps 5series in each series i do the maximum repetions that i can do .

after that i do sit-ups 100 (without any break ) i do that 4 series

that's pretty much it i play soccer so i dont run alot .

im 5'9 and 168 lbs
and i turned 17 one month ago .

im willing to take any advice from you guys cause i know ur experts .

u play soccer but you dont run a lot?

when i was playing soccer in high school.. we ran a TON ... we'd do a 5 mile run to get warmed up for practice .. not to mention all the running done in drills/suicides..

Zigo, that's the most jumbled load of crap I've ever read. I hope you don't speak a word of English because that's the only way you would even get a partial pass.

Leaving your horrid spelling and grammar out, my advice would be to shoot for timed workouts, or even try the BUD/S warning order. Shoot for max reps within the allotted times and improve every week.

thank you Giang , im waiting to finish exams in one week and i will start training outside im gona work on endurence .Now im still working out with bench and weights .. im gaining alot of weigth im 79kg i was 76 week ago .But do you think that if i traing outside like run do push ups like for 2hours or 3hours depends how much i can last is good and in the weekends i can do weights .I Live in canada and soon it will be very cold outside but it doesnt matter i want to work on endurence .So i just want to know if it will be a good idea to do that .And i want to buy u know the small weights for legs it's like sand bags .And yeah one more question i was thinking if it's best to train liek with weighs... and when im done i go run outside and do pushups .. and situps and work on endurence . or i should organize my days .. Ty very much and if i have grammar errors .. well im sorry .
