I have heard that some people come down with pneumonia at Boot Camp. What are some causes of it and how do you prevent it from happening while in training?

Wash your hands and cover your mouth when coughing. Simple hygene.

What are some causes of it
One guy comes in with a cold in the barracks, and because of lack of good hygene, everyone gets it. Lack of sleep, working harder than you're used to, not eating the best balance of foods (they're available, you've just got to choose smart) and drinking enough juices makes it worse and complications set in.
