Are you permitted you use supplements such as caffeine pills or stackers? Although i know trying would be almost pointless to try and keep them dry from deteriorating! I was just curious if stackers and things of this nature are allowed during BUDS because i did read that you are permitted coffee.
About me im new to the forum active duty and planning on submitting my package at the end of the year and have always been active but really starting to kick up the workouts/lifestyle up a notch in preparation. Thank you,
