GINSENG is known to provide you with vitality, rejuvenation, longevity, and a healthy everyday life by preventing all types of illnesses, even cancer and nervous breakdowns. With little presentation of scientific data, you may have heard or read that the root of the ginseng plant (Panax Ginseng C.A. Meyer) has miraculous, mysterious, rejuvenating, and aphrodisiac effects in the human body. The following are scientific and pharmacological effects of GINSENG.

Important Pharmacological Effects of Ginseng: n Ginseng
• Stimulation of hormone production and sex glands.
• Anti-neoplastic (cancer curing) and radiation protective effects.
• Lowering of high blood pressure.
• Regulation of energy metabolism, thereby keeping the right body weight.
• Stimulation of the central nervous system, respiration, and general body conditions, providing non-specific resistance to various stresses.
• Prolongation of the life span of human cells and the stimulation of blood formation.
• Correction of digestive disorders, especially ulcers.
• Prevention of fatigue.
• Fast recovery from illness.
• Correction of eye disorders, as well as anti-inflammatory effects.

Note from moderator: This source is a site that sells Ginseng. Claims made on it should be evaluated with that in mind.

If you are going to drink the Arizona Green Tea go for the Diet. It has less than one gram of sugar per serving and like thirty miligrams of Sodium. It still has practically everything you would get from the regular stuff. I don't really notice a taste difference either.

Your body doesn't need green tea or ginseng. Your body needs WATER! Drinking sweetened beverages is not a replacement for plain water. If you think about it... you don't need any sugar, or added sodium, or high fructose corn syrup (modified sugars) when you consume them it is another thing that your body needs to process.
