First off ive always been a decent runner, i played soccer growing up so running has always been a strong point for me. I've been doing something lately however that has greatly improved my stamina. I start with a half mile very slow paced warm up, then stretch, then i do a 3.5 mile road run that has some inclines and declines ending up where i started. i then go down the street and do some wind sprints at a local park. the tennis courts are perfect and this is where ive noticed a change. I first start off by jogging double my proposed sprint distance for instance from one fence to another then back. when i reach the fence i turn and full sprint to the next and repeat. at first i could only do about 3 of these without having to walk now im up to 10 and a four mile run seems easy. Just my two cents.
