I've been reading on these forums all that I could, so that I could find soemthing that suits me. I have gained alot of knowledge about nutrition and various workouts. I am 6'2 and 160 lbs. I have a couple questions:

1) What is a good 'diet'. ( I have very little knowledge on the amount of carbs, protein etc... that I need.)
2) What are some good workouts? (I have read some on this site, but where should I start?)

I plan to go into the military in the future. Most likely Army National Guard to pay for school. I am 18 years old going into my senior year of highschool. I am asking these question's here because I would like to build a very intense training schedule. Similiar to those that the SEALs use...Plus NAVY SEALs are just the **** anyways. Rock on!

I appreciate any responses.
Regards,
Shawn

A my diet has alot chicken, peanut butter and toast for morning, rice. Chicken is good food cause its rich of protein. Why dont you try the warning order for a start.
