I have a question i eat a serving a cereal with skim milk which is about 200 calories. About 45 minutes later i run 6 miles on the treadmill and the treadmill says i burned off 750, so i burned off my breakfast and more. So my question is if i do that will that hormone that eats away at muscles start eating away at my muscles? Also should i eat more before running, because when im done running i kinda feel sick and therefore i dont do PT after my run like i want to.

Do you eat anything after the run (within 30-45 minutes)?

I'd eat more for breakfast. I eat about 500 calories for breakfast, 400 for lunch, 300 for dinner, and 300 calories worth of snacks in between. 1500 total, but I'm trying to lose a little more weight. Are you trying to put on muscle mass? What time are you eating dinner? Are you eating at 6pm and then not eating until breakfast the next morning? I try to eat dinner around 7pm and have a snack right before I go to sleep (yogurt w/ a cup of almonds). Then I wake up and eat breakfast at around 4-430.

During a whole day i eat about 1200 calories. I want to lose body fat %, which i dont know how to do expect losing weight. Im not trying to put on muscle mass, because i dont have access to a gym everyday so im running and PTing everday. I eat with my family which differs day to day but usually its after 6 pm but before 9 pm and then i got to bed around 11 or 12. Then i wake up at 9 eat breakfast and etc. Do you know how to lose body fat %? Ill try eat more breakfast then.

Why are you trying to lose weight? Is your profile right?

I lost body fat by losing weight. I kept doing my pushups, situps, pullups, etc. while dropping pounds. So I dropped about 40 lbs and was still able to do more reps than before (I kept most of my mass, mainly lost fat). I ran twice a day and swam twice a day for months just to start the weight loss process (and diet). Then the "progress" helped motivate me to keep going. Now I'm just maintaining.

I hope your profile is wrong dude... for your sake... If you wan to lose body fat percentage and you're 5'7" and only weigh 130 lbs, well that's pretty ridiculous. Maybe look to putting on more muscle mass? Because seriously, if I'm 5'2" and weigh 120, I'm either a heifer... (which I am not) or somethings wrong with this situation.

I updated my profile and most of it was right. Currently im at 11% or the last time i checked which was a month ago. Yeah good point i should probably gain muscle mass and weight and then loss body fat %. Yes 11% alot of body fat?

Are you asking if 11% is a lot. No. depending on how you do it the super fit level is 6-13% body fat. Keep in mind that the method used will lend itself to a certain percentage of error. For instance, the bathroom scales are not good indicators of % body fat. Something else is you are only 16 years old. which means that your body is still growing and now is a critical time. Are you eating enough so that you aren't hungry? You should be eating enough healthy foods that you don't feel hungry. I'm talking about fruits and veggies, and protein, not junk food.

I agree with Lelee. At 16, you shouldn't be quite as worried about having too much body fat. 11% is not a lot of body fat. Not having enough can lead to multiple health problems. Signals not being sent to and from your brain properly. Your body not being able to replace dead cells because fat is needed to do that. Now I know these are extreme cases, however, they are concerns if you keep wanting to lose body fat. Work on gaining muscle more, not losing weight.

Anthony,
At least if you go to BUD/S and things get tough, a strong enough wind gust will blow you right out of there.
