I personally listen to cadences while I run. I probably look a little silly repeating these as I run down the road at 3:00 in the morning, but hey, whatever pushes you that extra mile, right?
If you want to give 'em a try, check this site first.

Of the ones I've tried, "Navy SEAL Cadence" and "(SEALs) - Navy Number One" are my favorites.

YES I'm not the only one! Lately I haven't been running as much as before, so I haven't had to get so creative to keep from getting bored. The only problem I have is I'm too cheap for an mp3, so its me leading, and mentally following.
I have a theory... the news has focused so much on emotional trauma that combatants experience and how it turns them into looneys when they come home. Maybe we're all starting out as looneys?

i wouldn't run with cadences because i thing they have a slow pace to them ..i'd rather blast some disturbed , soullfly or hatebreed to pump me up..i also like the survivor- eye of the tiger song
