good boots

Does anybody know of any good lightweight, 6 inch ,black,waterproof,breathable,good for any terrain tactical boot for under $120 that would perform well for runnning,hikeing ,and being on your feet all day in.A pretty tight fit would be usefull to prevent blisters.

Bates 922 or 924s. They are great boots, the students at BUD/S use them.
