No Beach

I run every morning dark and early. I dont have access to a beach.. the nearest peice of sand to me comes from the sand trap on the golf course across the street lol. Putting this as simple as possible, is there any type of terrain that i can run on that would kindoff simmulate beach running?

Get a sandbox.

some tracks have sand pits. running up and down hill will help get your calves used to handling the burn.
