I was wondering if there are any SEALs or former/current BUD/S students out there that use or have seen people use the pose method of running and what they think about it. I tried this method today (after non-stop injuries from heel to toe running) and it felt great, but for some reason I cant picture myself running in boots with this method or going on ruck humps. Any insight would be appreciated.

Yes, both can be done. When you run Pose, you're on the BOF, but your heels are very close to the ground, l would say less than 1 in. For the rucksacks, you need to make minor adjustments too. Some Pose runners are doing mountaineering with heavy packs.
